Try the new automation to retrieve annual notices from ftwilliam.com!
This tool will allow ftwilliam.com document module users within PensionPro to complete the following actions in one step:
- Retrieve annual notices (safe harbor, automatic enrollment and QDIA) from ftwilliam.com
- Upload them to PensionPro to show on PlanSponsorLink
- Notify the plan sponsor they are ready for download
We are excited to release this time-saving feature as part of the recently announced AUTOMATE product line. This feature is available in preview mode, so please feel free to give it a try if you have ftwilliam.com annual notices to generate.
Notification to the plan sponsor is an optional step within the PowerTool. Under your PensionPro preferences, you can customize the wording of the email that will be sent to your plan contacts using the PowerTool. If you prefer to only use the tool to generate the notices and save them as Files to show on PlanSponsorLink, you will still have the ability to send a separate blast email to plan sponsors when you are ready for them to download all notice-related items.
