For the past two years, our PROspectives posts have been released monthly, with a focus on features that may be related to your upcoming deadlines or tips from our team to yours. This quarter, however, we’ve been intentionally quiet.
We know how busy you already are—issuing 1099‑Rs and 945s for distributions, collecting census data and diving into contribution calculations as soon as that data appears, all while addressing a variety of other questions and issues from your plan sponsors. While you are looking at data and transactions related to 2025 plan years, we’re planning for what we can do in 2026 and beyond that will have the most impact.
One area of focus this year is webinars. We will provide more training opportunities for both new and existing staff with a goal of offering more resources to help you learn quickly and get back to what you need to do. These sessions will continue to be recorded, so you can always access the latest content if you aren’t available to attend live.
Here are a few examples of the content coming soon:

- Beginner: Whether your firm is new to PensionPro or you have new staff to get up to speed, this webinar will provide an overview focused on what they need to know to start using the software. We’ll hold these live sessions frequently so that we can keep the content current as we add enhancements and new features.
- Features Deep Dive: Topics will vary, but we’ll base them on what you are interested in learning about or on areas where we see common questions. For example, maybe you haven’t used Merge Documents because you haven’t had time to think about what you would use it for. In this webinar, we’ll not only show you how to use the tool, but also how to determine the best use case for your firm and get set up.
- New Features: We publish release notes about enhancements and new features as they become available, but in this series, we’ll focus on showing you the new tools in action—not just how they work, but the purpose they are designed to serve.

As we plan a development roadmap, we’re also working on a training roadmap so you’ll know which webinars are coming up. We welcome questions ahead of time so we can provide the most useful material during the sessions. We’ll continue our planning, and once you are through March 15, you’ll know more about what we have in store for the year. We’re excited about what’s in store and look forward to sharing more with you soon.
